The Member's Challenge is a themed, non-juried show of recent work produced by SCAA members. A guest judge selects the three winners of the "Best of" categories. Visitors to the show help us with the People's Choice Award. That's a total of four awards. Awards are not cash, rather tokens of our esteem given to our members.

The rules are simple, (1) the work must be completed within the year, (2) members may enter one piece of work for the theme and up to three pieces of other work, and (3) you must be a member to enter--and you can turn in your new member info when you bring your work to us at the appointed time!

The Challenge is open to all SCAA Members with no fee.  Join SCAA for $25, Become a Member and Enter this Show. Days and times are depended on where the show is set up. At the end of the show, we celebrate with the Member's Dinner, where we announce the winners of the prizes!

The 2016 Members' Show is a themed, non-juried show of recent work produced by SCAA members. The 2016 theme is "Big Things Come in Small Packages" and the rules are simple, (1) done within a year and, (2) sized as below.

All works will be displayed at the Schwalbach Gallery on the UW-Baraboo/Sauk County campus. Due to space limitations, entries will be limited to works fitting within a 12" cube (including frame, but not pedestal). One themed work, plus up to three more works completed at any time (with the same size restrictions, subject to available space) per artist will be accepted.

The end of January 2015 was our 18th annual Members' Show and about 18 of our members contributed to the themed entry category, Neptune's Birthday.
